This section of the site is devoted to discussing the raw materials that are being used in the nutrition and herbal industries to make the very products you consume. There are hundreds of nutrition and herbal professionals out there that offer guidance based on what was learned in a book. Yes, the ingredients that they recommend and discuss with their clients in theory are supposed to work. However 'in the real world', things can be very different because the ingredients that are being prescribed, are not always what they are supposed to be in the finished product. Many companies cut corners, use cheap ingredients and just plain out right used what we call 'fairy dust'. This is an ingredient that is put into a product as window dressing, which means that there isn't enough of it in the product to do anything, it is done so in an attempt to make the product look more attractive to the consumer.
Most of these practitioner's have no idea how an ingredient is processed, what country it came from, and in some cases what format is best to take ( and who makes the best ingredients). So, with that said, we will try to provide you with insider info, that discusses herbs and nutrients, how they are processed, and in many cases which ingredients are better than others.
